Burger King Promo Codes (November 2026)
Burger King doesn’t really do promo codes the way online stores do. Most of its discounts are offers you tap to redeem in the app. Public codes do pop up now and then, usually for orders in the app or on bk.com, and these are the ones currently listed on the coupon sites linked below. They come and go fast, so try them at checkout before you count on them.

How to Use a Burger King Promo Code
In the BK app or on bk.com
- Choose your restaurant and add items to your order.
- Go to checkout and look for the offers or promo code option.
- Enter or select the code and confirm that it was accepted before you pay.
- Check that the total went down. If it didn’t, remove the code and try a different offer.
If you can’t find a field for typed codes, the discount is probably available as an in-app offer instead. Open the Offers section and select it from there.
In the restaurant or drive-thru
Typed promo codes generally work only for online orders. In the restaurant, use an in-app offer (the app shows a code you can give to the cashier, use at the kiosk or read out at the drive-thru) or a valid printed coupon. Tell the staff you have an offer before they total your order.

Royal Perks: Burger King’s Rewards Program
Royal Perks is Burger King’s free loyalty program in the US. You sign up in the BK app or on bk.com and earn 10 Crowns for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Crowns can then be traded for free food.
- Order in the app or on bk.com while signed in, or scan your member code in the restaurant before you pay.
- Check the Rewards section to see how many Crowns each item costs.
- Look out for member-only offers, which can be better than public deals.

In practice, app offers save you the most day to day, Crowns add up if you go regularly, and a working promo code is a nice surprise when you find one.
Free Food With the Burger King Receipt Survey
Many Burger King receipts invite you to take a short customer satisfaction survey. When you finish, you get a validation code that you write on the receipt to claim the offer printed on it, often a free sandwich with a qualifying purchase.
Burger King Delivery Deals
In many areas you can order Burger King delivery through the BK app, as well as through DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. Menu prices on delivery apps are often higher than in the restaurant, and fees add up, so compare the final total rather than the item price.
Burger King Deals on Reddit and Social Media
Reddit is the quickest way to find out whether a deal is working for other people right now. Just look at the date on the post, and check the offer in your own app before you head out.
Tip: a screenshot of a “secret code” on social media isn’t proof that it works. If a deal is real, it usually shows up in the Offers section of the app. These are external websites that we don’t control and aren’t affiliated with.
Does Burger King Offer Student, Military or Senior Discounts?
Burger King does not advertise a nationwide student, military or senior discount in the US. Some franchise locations run their own local discounts, so it is worth asking politely at the counter before you order.
Tips to Save More at Burger King
- Check the app before every visit. Offers rotate and can differ between restaurants, so set your usual location in the app.
- Compare an offer with the regular bundle price. A combo or value bundle is sometimes cheaper than a single-item deal.
- Choose pickup over delivery when you can, to avoid delivery and service fees.
- Expect one offer per order. Most deals can’t be combined, so use the one that saves you the most.
- Keep your receipt. The survey offer printed on it can pay for part of your next meal.
- Turn on app notifications if you want to hear about limited-time deals first.
How to Spot Fake Burger King Coupons
Social media posts promising free Whoppers for a year or a large Burger King gift card are usually scams. Be careful if a “coupon”:
- asks for your card details, passwords or Social Security number;
- requires you to share a post, install an app from outside the official app stores, or complete surveys on unrelated websites;
- comes from a website that is not bk.com or the official BK app.
When in doubt, open the official BK app and check whether the deal appears there.

Why didn’t my Burger King promo code work?
The most common reasons are that the code has expired, your restaurant doesn’t participate, your order doesn’t reach the minimum amount, another offer is already applied, or you tried to use an online-only code in the restaurant.
Can I use more than one Burger King offer per order?
No. Burger King’s Royal Perks terms allow one offer redemption per transaction, with a 60-minute wait before you can redeem another. The same limit applies to rewards.
Is the Burger King app free?
Yes. The official BK app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, and joining Royal Perks is free too.
How many Crowns do I need for a free Whopper?
The Whopper appears in the 700-Crown level on Burger King’s Royal Perks page. At 10 Crowns per $1, that’s about $70 of eligible spending, or less if part of it falls in your birthday month, when you earn double Crowns.
Do Burger King Crowns expire?
Yes. Crowns expire on the first day of the month after the sixth month from when you earned them. Crowns earned in January, for example, expire on August 1.
